We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Upon booking with the West Winds Lodge and Condos a 50% charge, including tax, will be charged to your credit card.
We require a 7 day cancellation notice for non-holidays on our lodge rooms and a14 day cancellation notice for our condos during non-holidays. We require a 30 day cancellation notice for holidays and special events and 30 day notice for group reservations. The guest will be charged for any nights reserved which West Winds Lodge & Condos are unable to rebook from a late cancellation. All cancellations prior to the above policy are subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee unless a reschedule is agreed upon.
Reservations made for the time period between December 15th through January 6th require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable after November 1st. The balance is due upon arrival. A no show or cancellation after November 1st will result in the remaining balance being charged to your card and is non-refundable.
The West Winds Lodge & Condos loves dogs but, unfortunately, cannot accept all breeds, nor can we place those that we accept in all of our units. No pets are allowed in the condo units due to association restrictions. We must keep most of our lodge units free of pet hair as they can trigger an allergic reaction in some guests. Thank you for your understanding. Smaller and/or older dogs are accepted under the following conditions:
